To make sure we're available for your dream date, contact us as soon as possible! Most couples reach out to us 12 to 18 months before their wedding. That said, we can help you at any stage of your planning—even if it's in 6 months or less.

Absolutely! Although we're based in Montreal, we plan weddings all over—whether in Charlevoix, the Gaspé Peninsula, or even abroad. We love discovering new venues with our couples.

We prefer to work with fewer couples so that we can devote all our energy and creativity to each project. This allows us to offer you the personalized attention that your unique story deserves.

Each package is designed to meet different needs. We go into detail on our Services page, but feel free to call us to discuss what would work best for you. We love to customize!

Our roles are completely different. Your venue’s coordinator handles the day-to-day operations of the venue—the tables, the lighting, the kitchen. We, on the other hand, work for YOU. We coordinate your entire experience: your vendors, your timeline, your emotions, and all the little details that make your wedding uniquely yours. Think of it this way: they manage the venue; we orchestrate your story.

We don’t have ONE style—we have YOUR style! Whether you’re dreaming of a bohemian wedding in the woods, a modern wedding in the city, or a traditional wedding with a twist, we’ll tailor our services to your vision. Our signature is that every wedding reflects the couple celebrating it.

Our packages range from $3,500 to about $9,000, depending on the support package you choose. Every couple has different needs, so we take the time to discuss what truly works for you—both in terms of services and cost.
